Frank Dickey
Founder & CEO: Businessman, Entrepreneur and Attorney: He is the CEO and Founder of MagnAlliance, Inc., a platform management and holding company. Among its subsidiaries, My eHealthcare LLC is developing proprietary and patent pending Distributed Ledger solutions for healthcare, using Hashgraph technology. On a universal platform, there is an opportunity to connect the Healthcare ecosystem. With the management team that has been assembled and the extraordinary, unrivaled Hashgraph technology, the Healthcare industry will experience incredible change. Mr. Dickey received his B.S. in Business from the University of Kentucky, in 1965; his Teacher Certification in 1966 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1969. His legal career focused on insurance, medical malpractice, and product liability defense cases. In addition to specializing in litigation he represented the Louisville & Nashville Railroad Co. as District Attorney for Eastern Kentucky, Ford Motor Company and the University of Kentucky Medical Center. In 1975, Mr. Dickey successfully argued Thermtron Products vs. Hermansdorfer (1976) in the United States Supreme Court, a case of first impression. He served as General Counsel for Independent Living Centers of America, Inc. participating in more than twenty-five (25) bond issues in twenty-two (22) States, closing on more than $350M in industrial development bonds. He has been involved as principal investor and owner of various businesses that included manufacturing air supported structures, underground coal mining operations, production of enhanced protein fish meal and developing Senior Independent Living with Assisted Living and Memory Care services. In the early 2000’s, Frank was responsible for the development of the first and only real time, electronic prescription drug monitoring system for use by Law Enforcement and Regulators in the Healthcare Industry. Several years later the electronic prescription transmission and monitoring system was incorporated into a suite of services for physician’s practices which is the basis for the Drug and Data Management system, the platform being developed to fight substance abuse and the opioid epidemic. Since 2018, Frank has been developing use cases with Hashgraph technology and now utilizing distributed acyclic graph technology, IOTA Tangle to secure medical devices and equipment. Through his leadership, Frank has positioned My eHealthcare LLC and its platforms to be a global leader in the Healthcare industry through www.mypersonalhealthdata.com and www.myehealthcare.com. He and his family reside in Lexington, KY where he has been active in his church and community organizations and activities..

Laura White
A corporate officer and director of Magnalliance, Inc., its subsidiaries and My eHealthcare LLC. She has had a diversified career in Bank Marketing/Advertising, Real Estate Association Media and Public Relations, Kentucky State Government, and Public Affairs. A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Kentucky School of Banking and School of Bank Marketing, University of Colorado, Boulder and Certified Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant, The Protocol School of Washington, Portland, Maine. Leaving the banking industry,she moved into Association work as Liaison to 29 Boards of Realtors and in areas of professional ethics, multiple listing services and was certified by the National Association of Realtors, Chicago, in spokesperson training parlaying these media relations skills to board leaders across Kentucky. Entering work for The Commonwealth of Kentucky as Executive Director of Public Affairs for the Transportation Cabinet, comparable to a mid–fortune 500 size company, 6,000 employees (400 engineers) and a $2.5B budget, she addressed issues regarding road and bridge construction, planning, driver licensure, vehicle licensure, commercial carriers, airports, roadside beautification and environmental questions. Event planning and implementation involved statewide projects and also involved other states such as launching the Advantage I–75 corridor between Canada and Florida with state and national officials and creating the “Kentucky Transpo” featuring forms of transportation including Burt Rutan and his plane that flew, non–stop, around the globe without re–fueling. She was instrumental in establishing the first emergency hotline for road conditions inKentucky, accessible nationwide. She served on the Board of St. James Place, a hundred–unit, affordable housing complex for the working poor in planning and management oversight and the addition of thirty–eight units for homeless veterans. Her experience in three different industries, each with its own demand for independent knowledge, will serve her well as a founder of MyeHealthcare LLC. Laura resides in Lexington, KY.

James Dawson
Marketing Lead, Global Systems Integrators, US and Verizon Business Group, Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. He delivers innovative solutions through development of integrated marketing programs in Sell–With, Sell–Through and Sell–To motions with US Global Systems Integrators. While leveraging creative strategies for Verizon portfolio offerings, such as 5G, mobile edge computing, private / public networks, IoT, and more, he provides value through strategic partnerships with key SI accounts, including Atos, Cognizant, Dell, IBM, Intel, KPMG, Price–Waterhouse–Coopers, TCS, Wipro and others. As a strategic marketer, James led the Dawson Marketing Group in the development of client–focused initiatives that involved digital transformation, account–based marketing, and customer engagement. Areas of marketing focus included healthcare, medical products and services, technology and business–to–business services.
Prior to his consulting role, James worked with IBM Global Services as a Marketing Manager for Analytics partnering with enterprise and mid–market clients, and value–added resellers in the design of digital marketing programs and lead generation e–campaigns in North America. Before joining IBM, James was Marketing Lead,for Healthcare and Enterprise Markets at VerizonEnterprise Solutions. He provided account–based marketing, strategic communications and development/market expertise to wireless and enterprise sales, channel management, Verizon partners, VES Corporate Ventures and IoT (Internet of Things) Groups. Previously, James founded the Dawson Marketing Group, a strategic marketing agency and top 25 creative shop per the Boston Business Journal. An award–winning marketer, he has created programs for General Motors, Anheuser Busch, American Express, Hyundai, the World Trade Center, Harvard & Tufts Medical Schools, the Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University, the Mass. Department of Public Health, State Street Bank, Shell–Texaco, and Bermuda Tourism. He has served as President of the American Marketing Association, Dallas–Fort Worth and Boston Chapters, President, the Business Marketing Association, and Chairman, Trade Show Exhibitors Association. James holds a Graduate Marketing Certification, from Southern Methodist University, a B.S. in Journalism from Northeastern University and certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Account–Based Marketing, Agile Methodology and B2B Communications.
